When you purchase a video we collect your email address, the text you enter for your video, your style and music choices, and payment confirmation from Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
2. How We Use It
We use your information only to render and deliver your video, email you the download link, respond to support requests, and keep records required for tax and accounting. That's it. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
3. Service Providers
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the service: Stripe (payment processing), Google Firebase (hosting, storage, and order database), and Postmark (delivery emails). These providers access your information only to the extent needed to perform their service.
4. Retention
Rendered videos remain accessible via the download link we email you. We retain order records for as long as required for tax and legal reasons. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@willautomatenow.com.
5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies — only what is needed to keep the site functional. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
6. Your Rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time frame.
