Welcome to Will Automate Now, a product of Harmonic Way LLC. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Will Automate Now renders short animated text videos from text you provide. You choose a style, a palette, an aspect ratio, and optional background music. We render the video and deliver a download link to your email.
2. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is shown on the order page at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe. Orders are charged at the time you place them. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
3. Your Content
You are responsible for the text you submit. You represent that you have the right to use it, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it is not illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse to render any order at our discretion and issue a refund.
4. Ownership & License
You keep the rights to the text you submit. Once we deliver your rendered video, you own that video and may use it for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. The background music, fonts, visual design, and code that powers the service remain the property of Harmonic Way LLC and its licensors.
5. Revisions
Each order includes a limited number of revisions so you can tweak the text of an existing order. See your order page for details.
6. Refunds
If your video fails to render due to a technical issue on our end, we will either retry the render or refund your order in full. Refunds for successfully rendered videos are issued only if the render is technically defective (e.g., corrupted file, missing audio, wrong aspect ratio). We do not issue refunds because you changed your mind about the text or style you chose.
If a refund is issued, the associated video file will be marked for deletion within 30 days and download access will be revoked immediately. Contact support@willautomatenow.com for any refund requests.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmonic Way LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to a single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
10. Content Delivery
We deliver your rendered video by email (attached or as a download link). We do not host or publicly display your video. Once delivered, you are responsible for your own use and distribution of the file.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at willautomatenow.com/terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
